ROASTER'S NOTES We've roasted this blend a bit darker to tame the acidity and introduce luscious chocolate notes. Brazil adds plenty of body, cocoa, and sweetness. Colombia brings milk chocolate notes and just the right amount of acidity for balance, while Papua New Guinea contributes bitter cocoa flavors with hints of raisin and dried fruit.
