The Roaster
Founded in April 2019, Phoebe Rose Coffee Roasters began with a simple but ambitious goal: to craft exceptional coffee. Initially created to supply a café, the pandemic turned their plans upside down. But instead of giving up, they took a bold step forward. Fueled by their love of coffee and dedication to the craft, they became "accidental" coffee roasters.

The Taste

The Colombia Single Origin brings smooth dark chocolate and plum notes, while the Guatemala Single Origin delights with winey, nutty flavors. The Sweet & Punchy Blend delivers a full-bodied harmony of chocolate and nuts with a touch of bitterness, and the Kenya Single Origin bursts with bright berry and citrus notes, finishing clean and vibrant.
